The quality of this item is impeccable!!! It was absolutely beautiful!!!!! Perfect for my mom’s 50th birthday ! The Wavy Paintbrush is SO SO SO TALENTED!!!!!! I hate our balloon garland didn’t show up in time ! But the sign was so beautiful, I will be purchasing for every event from here on out !!!
