Can I return or exchange my order?

All items are made to order just for you — so we don’t offer returns or exchanges. Please double check the size chart and feel free to contact us before ordering with any questions.

How long will my order take?

Most orders arrive within 3–8 weeks, depending on where you live. If it’s been over 6 weeks and your tracking hasn’t updated, please contact us so we can look into it.

All my items are machine washable. I recommend you wash them at cold temperatures (30 degrees) only, and air dry them, no tumble dryer, to keep the fabrics beautiful for as long as possible!

Will the colors or prints look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to show accurate colors, but due to monitor differences and print variations, some slight differences may occur. Every item is custom printed and may vary slightly in placement or tone.

Can I see some photos of actual finished items?

Of course! As we are print-on-demand, I don't have photos of every single print and item, but I have a lot of great examples of finished items on our Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/rainbowrulescom/

Why does my new order look or feel different from my last one?

If you placed an order before April 25, 2025, your items were made by our former production partner. Since June 2025, all new orders are made by a different printer, which means changes in fabric, fit, and construction. Always check the product description for updated details - we include fabric weight, features, and sizing advice.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders go into production quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

How do I find my size?

Please don’t go by your usual size - our sizing is international and may differ. The best way to find your fit is to take a similar item from your wardrobe, lay it down flat, and check its measurements against our size charts. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering!
