If we made the mistake or the ornament arrived damage, please take a picture and contact us asap. After viewing the photo, we will ship you another ornament asap. If that ornament is out of stock, I will contact you.

It is a possibility that we will send you a shipping label to send back the damaged or misspelled order.

If you made a mistake in your personalization, we're happy to make additions or changes as long as you ship the ornament back to us and cover the return shipping.

November through December is our busy time! We will do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
