Do I have to pay extra for custom duties and taxes for international orders?

✅ All orders to USA, UK, EU, and Australia will NOT incur custom duties and taxes. ⚠️ FOR CANADA ORDERS: Unframed print (Print Only) orders to Canada will NOT incur custom duties and taxes. However, framed prints to Canada will incur custom duties and taxes upon delivery. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding shipping for a specific country.

Do you take all of the photographs?

Yes! All photographs are captured by Annie, a photographer based in NYC who has a passion for exploring new destinations and sharing them with others in a modern yet timeless fashion. We do not sell any stock images.

Why are the unframed prints shipped rolled?

We ship the unframed prints rolled instead of flat to minimize the risk of damage during transit, as rolled prints are less susceptible to bending or creasing. Additionally, rolling allows for more efficient packaging and enables us to provide free shipping for our customers.

How do I flatten the rolled unframed print(s)?

1) Unroll the print gently and lay it on a clean, flat surface, such as a table or a clean floor. Carefully place heavy, flat objects (like books) on the corners and along the edges of the print to help it lay flat. 2) For optimal results, let the print sit under the weights for 24 to 48 hours, allowing it to gradually flatten out. 3) Once the print is flat, carefully remove the weights. 4) If you wish to frame the photograph, place the print, along with the backing board or mat, into the frame carefully. Make sure everything fits snugly and that the print is not pressed too tightly against the glass/acrylic.

How wide are the mats?

Mat width varies by frame size: 8×10” frame: 1” mat 11×14” frame: 1.5” mat 12×16” and larger: 2” mat The selected size refers to the overall framed size, so the photograph itself will be smaller to accommodate the white mat.

ABOUT THIS PHOTOGRAPH

Experience the intricate grandeur of one of Venice's most iconic landmarks in this photograph that showcases St. Mark's Basilica with a lively surprise in the top right quadrant—a graceful seagull soaring freely.

Photographed using a high-resolution 47.3 megapixel camera to ensure stunning quality even when printed in large sizes.

UNFRAMED PRINTS

Unframed photographs (Print Only) are printed edge-to-edge with no white border, and are available on premium luster or matte photo paper sourced from Japan:
✅ Thick, durable papers
✅ Premium quality
✅ Fingerprint-resistant for easy handling

LUSTER PAPER - Exhibition-quality photo paper with a slight gloss but not highly reflective so your image will still be viewable from various angles.

MATTE PAPER - Museum-quality photo paper that offers a smooth, non-glare surface. It has no reflective properties, so you won’t see a glare regardless of how bright the lighting is.

FRAMED PRINTS

Framed prints are ready-to-hang, and available in matted or no mat frames:
✅ Printed on Enhanced Matte Fine Art Paper for museum-quality, smooth, and non-glare surface
✅ Giclée printing for long-lasting quality and to preserve finer photographic details
✅ Handmade frames from sustainably sourced wood by Guild recognized framers
✅ Safe, shatter-proof acrylic/perspex (not real glass) that offers UV protection and reduced-glare
✅ 100% acid-free mats, hence they will not fade with age

MATTED FRAMES – Includes a white mat. The size selected refers to the overall framed size, so the photograph itself will be smaller to accommodate the mat. For example, a 16×20” matted frame includes a 12×16” photograph.

NO MAT FRAMES - The print fills the entire frame without a white mat.

Frame Dimensions:
- Face width: 0.78 inch (approx. 20 mm)
- Face depth for frames up to 30×40": 0.85 inch (approx. 22 mm)
- Face depth for 40x60" frames: 1.30 inch (approx. 33 mm)
