How can I get my patterns?

Log into your Etsy Account, click to “Your Account” in the top bar and then click “Purchases” and then “Download Files”.

How can I print the pattern?

You need to print 100% to scale using the A4/A0/US-Letter pattern. The downloads come with four documents (one is an instruction pdf, the other is an A4 pdf, Us-letter pdf and one is a A0 pdf) A0 is for printing large scale at a printing shop. A4 or US-Letter can be easily printed at home with normal printer paper.

Can I return a digital download?

I am afraid due to the nature of the download there are no returns for digital downloads.

This pattern can be printed with only the dimensions you want using layers in Adobe Reader.

ensure print settings are set to “Actual Size”, and that scaling is “none” or “fit to page” is not checked.

+ How to Download the Files +
Do not use the Etsy App - It does not allow for file download.
USE an 'INTERNET BROWSR'
1 - Go to Your Account
2 - Click 'Purchases and Reviews'
3 - Find the order
4 - Click the black button 'Download files' and choose the files you want to download
