Sizes vary with each item, please see each individual listing. If there is a certain size you would like, please message me and I will do my best to help you.

These cake toppers are made with paper. They are not indestructible. Please take care as to not expose toppers to water, excessive heat, or direct sunlight. Please note my items are made out of paper and imperfections may happen.

Due to these cake toppers being custom made, I do not typically accept cancellations. If you notice a mistake has been made, please contact me IMMEDIATELY (within two hours of placing order) If I have already made your item, I will not be able to cancel your order. I can remake it if needed, but you will be charged an undetermined amount

If an item arrives damaged you MUST: - contact me immediately of delivery notification (within 24 hours) -provide photos of the damage and packaging - if an item is not as you expect, please let me know ASAP. We can then discuss replacement options or discount/refund

If you have ANY issue with your order, please send me a message before posting a review. I will do my best to help the situation (replacement/refund/discount) - If I approve a refund, the item must be sent back to me and once received, I will issue the refund (minus shipping costs)

I am NOT responsible for shipping delays. A refund will not be issued due to an item arriving late. Please plan ahead. However, message me and I will try my best to work with you to remedy the situation
