The main issue I have is that I was told this was a handmade product from an Australian company yet when I wanted to cancel my order because I discovered it was overpriced, I was informed I had to wait until the product arrived from China. Turns out it’s mass produced/manufactured. Upset I paid so much money thinking I was supporting an individual who was hand making these.
