I have entered my address incorrectly on the order, can this be amended?

Yes, providing I am notified as soon as possible after the order has been placed I can amend the delivery address. Unfortunately, if the order has already been dispatched to the incorrect address there is nothing I can do. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure you enter the correct details at the time of ordering, or advise me as soon as possible of any errors.

I have missed personalisation off my order, can this be amended?

Yes, providing you advise me of any changes within 2 hours of placing the order. In order for me to maintain my fast dispatch times, orders go to print soon after they are placed. If you do not contact me within 2 hours of the order being placed to notify me of any errors or amendments then the order will be made based on the details you have originally provided. In some circumstances the order will be printed before 2 hours has passed, it is therefore important to ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering.

I need my order for a specific date - is this something you can do?

In most circumstances yes, if you contact me prior to placing an order I am always happy to try and accommodate when an order is required for a specific date. I can dispatch an item as soon as possible, however once the order has been sent, delivery is down to the Royal Mail and I can take no responsibility for late delivery by them. This is particularly relevant for an order that is required at short notice. It is always best to try and order early to avoid any delivery issues.
