Refunds will only be given to those that received an item that was broken in the mail. You must send me photos of the item and the box within 14 days of delivery.

At this time, I am not able to offer custom ceramic items (unless it is a polymer clay item). Each are unique, and won't be replicated.

The processing time is the amount of time it takes to prepare and package an order. Once an order is packaged, it needs additional time to be shipped.

Pre-order items need time to be made, in addition to the time it takes to process and ship it. These purchases are fulfilled in the order they come in. If ordering this type of item as a gift, do not expect it to arrive by the date given by Etsy. You can message me directly if you have questions.
