When you sell physical products bearing our designs, you will be required to show your SIGNED Commercial Use License and receipt.

OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS and PERMISSIONS/RESTRICTIONS OF USE

COVERED

- When you purchase the Commercial Use License, you have the right to use our purchased design on your own products.

- Our design must be incorporated into a new product in order to be available for sale.

- Make and sell physical end products! (Shirts, mugs, signs, posters, linens, jewelry, books and more)

NOT COVERED

- Reselling, sharing or giving away licensed items.

- Sending designs as they are to another person/party so that they can make physical products.

- You may not sublicense or falsely claim ownership of any of our designs.

- This License does not allow you to sell our designs on Amazon Merch, Artistshot, Redbubble, Zazzle, Cafepress, Spreadshirt, TeeSpring, Printful, Printfy or any similar website. Therefore, you cannot upload our designs to these websites.

- Digital download of our designs, digital paper, seamless patterns, clip art, etc. You cannot sell it as a digital resource product. This License is strictly for physical products only.

- You can't sell any of our designs in your pack.

- You can't change our designs and sell them as digital products.

- You can't make our designs available to the public and allow people to download, extract or redistribute it.

- You can't disassemble and combine designs to create new designs or change these parts.

- You may not use our designs for copyright/trademark purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY STATEMENT

- We inform you that we are not responsible for any intellectual property rights violations on your final product. You should research trademarks or copyrights before selling products with our design you have made or purchased.
