Have a cool idea for a frame design? For orders of five or more mailed to the same address, we'll work with you and/or your designers to develop the perfect frame. Your design can include graphic lettering, logos, icons, street maps, contour maps and other elements. Our design services are offered at no cost on custom frame orders. You'll receive a 10% discount when ordering 10-15 frames, a 15% discount on 16-20 frames, and a 20% discount on orders of more than 20. Interested? How long will it take for my item to ship?

We pride ourselves on same day processing on orders received before 3pm Monday through Friday (we process orders every Saturday and Sunday as well). We ship your frames via USPS so ordinarily you’ll receive your frame in three to four business days. If you ever have a question about the shipping status, please email us at info@journeyframes.com and include your order number in the subject line.

What countries / states do you ship to?

We presently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We cannot guarantee shipment to PO Boxes in all instances.

What should I do if I never received my order?

If you have not received your package within the estimated time frame and your tracking status is "pending," please email us at info@journeyframes.com as soon as possible. If you have not received your package but the tracking indicates it was delivered, please check all places it might be (i.e., other family members living in your household, a neighbor’s house, a nearby apartment, your apartment manager, your mail center, etc.). If you are still unable to locate it, please contact USPS first. They may help you locate it or ask you to contact us to file a claim. All missing or delayed deliveries must be reported within 30 days of the order date.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

We process most orders on the same day they are received on Monday through Friday. If you contact us regarding a change before we have engraved your order, we are happy to make a change for you. If, however your order has already been processed, we will not be able to make changes. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately. If we have not already shipped the item, we can change the address. If we have shipped the item, please contact the shipping service (USPS or FedEx) to reroute the package. We unfortunately cannot accept return to sender packages.

My personalization was done incorrectly. Will you replace my frame?

If we made an error personalizing your frame, we will send you a replacement at no cost as quickly as possible. For most personalization’s, we simply copy and paste the text you entered on your order and occasionally make minor formatting changes. If however you made a mistake when entering the personalization text into the order, we will offer a discount code for 25% off a replacement frame.
