Custom and personalised orders

We are happy to create custom and personalised orders. Please keep in mind that costs may vary for personalisations on uncustomised listings depending on your requirements. A one off $15 fee may apply for custom logo creations and changes to existing designs including but not limited to changes to fonts, colors, sizings and placements. Please ensure your personalisation is exactly how you would like it to look on the product as we are sometimes unable to determine typos for boat names, location or surnames.

We will do our very best to ensure your orders are fulfilled as soon as possible and will assist as best we can if orders are lost in transit. However, please note that shipping times are beyond our control and is the responsibility of the carrier. Essentially, we are not employees of DHL, UPS or USPS so therefore we regret we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates or shipping time frames. We do not refund for later than expected delivery time frames or items that have been lost in the post or stolen from the destination premises.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not refund or exchange on orders placed where the incorrect size, color, personalization has been chosen or if you change your mind after purchase. If you have placed an order in error we recommend you contact us within 4 hours to cancel. We are unable to cancel an order after this time frame. We do not refund for items that go missing after delivery. If your order is faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible. In cases such as these we will also require images of the entire product and close up images of any defects. We will honor any applicable refunds or replacements up to 30 days from purchase so please be sure to contact us as soon as possible. As all our items are personalized we do not offer return shipping labels.

Customisation and Personalisation

We will reach out to you on Etsy if we have a query regarding your personalisation however we are committed to printing your personalisation as spelled if we don't receive a response after 24 hours. This is purely so as not to delay your order any longer than is necessary. We also urge our customers to enter and check personalisations before purchasing as at times we are unable to differentiate between boat names, family surnames or typos. Upper & lower case text and design text will be as per the listing design shown. Please note some of our listings contains text that is not suitable for all upper case and will be printed in lower case as per the listing example. We suggest you contact us first if you would like a text/word removed.

As with all digital images, please note that some colors may vary slightly to the actual product. Unfortunately this is unavoidable due to how different devices (tablets, lap tops, PCs) display colors on the screen. While we use the same color codes for all our products there will be cases where some products colors will not be an exact match to other product colors in our catalogue. Due to possible color variations that may occur with digital on screen images vs the actual product, we regret we do not offer refunds or replacements if a customer's interpretation of a particular color hue differs to what was expected.

If you would like a digital proof of your order please state this on your order or message us on Etsy chat.

Please note there can be a 1/4 to 1/2 inch tolerance in measurements for soft furnishings (pillows, blankets, duvets, mats, etc) We do not offer refunds or returns if the measurements are within these tolerances as this is not considered a fault but a natural outcome. Inserts for pillows are 2-3 inches larger to provide for volume and fullness.

We kindly ask that you fully review all listing descriptions, infographics and view the product images before completing your purchase. Because our items are custom-made based on these exact details, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for misunderstandings or misconseptions regarding an item's specifications or appearance.
