The Elsa beaded cape is made to order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for production plus delivery times. Please leave your wedding date and phone number for the courier slip in the message box at checkout.

• IN A RUSH? •

Rush orders available for a fee. We have a very limited quantity of supplies available for Orchid rush orders. If your wedding is fast approaching, rush orders can be completed before 6-8 weeks with an exact timeframe dependent on your wedding date. These materials will be allocated to veil orders on a first come, first served basis. Please contact us with your urgent wedding date and we will confirm timeframes.

• INTERESTED IN A CUSTOM DESIGN? •

Modifications can be made to this design to suit your hairstyle or wedding dress. Timeframes and costs for custom variations will need to be discussed and quotes agreed upon before ordering.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is a tax that is charged when your parcel reaches the destination country. You may be required to pay VAT in order to receive your parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, and we have no control over these charges.

• WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY ORDER? •

Once you submit your order, we’ll be in touch to discuss processing/production and delivery timeframes. We’ll also check your wedding date and answer any styling or product questions you may have. Please look out for our message in your Etsy messages folder. If you have ordered a veil with a blusher, we’ll ask you for your height measurement and an idea of where you’ll be positioning the comb in your hair to ensure we cut your blusher to a flattering length. If your wedding date is fast approaching, do let us know and we’ll see what we can do for you.
