Custom and personalised orders

Yes. There is an option to customize some mats and it is mentioned clearly in the product listings description, to what extent customization implicates. If you need addition changes please discuss with me.

We have clearly mentioned sizes in the description of each listing. We request you to please read the complete description before purchasing it.

Use water and dish washer soap, simply clean it with damp cloth to get a shinny look of your mat. Do not soak in water or machine wash.

How long it will take to ship the mat? Do you charge differently for Hawaii, PR, Alaska?

Usually, it takes 3-5 business day to ship the order, and shipment time is 1-2 weeks. However, the time may varies sometime due to public holidays or any other exceptional reasons. You can contact me. For International Orders, additional time may take for delivery. Yes, for Hawaii, PR, Alaska we charge different shipping fee. Please select "USA minor islands" for this.

Can I change my personalization or address?

Contact me as early as possible. I process the orders immediately after its placed. Once order has sent to production unit I can not cancel, replace size, change customization or address.

Does the product look same in original?

Different screens have different display and resolution, that's why the original mat may have slight variation. The product design remains same, however among different sizes of the same product, minor changes may needs to be done to fit the design according to size.

Do I get Mouse Pad along with Desk Pad?

No. You will only get the chosen size of desk mat or a mouse pad. For getting both things, you need to pay for the two.

Damaged in Transit OR any sort of printing issue.

1) Contact me ASAP and send a photo of the damaged items through etsy messages. 2) We might be able to send you a replacement. We will try our best to resolve the issue at the earliest. Kindly Note: If you leave a negative feedback without allowing us to fix the issue, we will not offer any solution and/or send replacements.

Tracking says order is delivered and it hasn't recieved.

You must check with everyone in the household as someone might have received it. We often heard of a package going to a neighbour mistakenly or being left at a different/side door. In our experience, the package is located. Most orders are shipped via Fedex, DHL or USPS. Contact the local post office, sometimes they also get in touch with the person who delivered it & recall where it is left. They can provide a GPS location to track the order. It’s best to do that soon after it’s marked as delivered. Please note if tracking info states an order is delivered but you haven't received it, we DO NOT take responsibility & reship that order. Any replacements would be at your expense
