They excel at maintaining your beverages at astonishingly cold temperatures, without a hint of condensation from melting ice. I've witnessed ice staying frozen for more than 24 hours, surpassing the cooling capabilities of pricier brands I've purchased previously. Additionally, they boast a non-toxic and BPA-free composition.

The designs are seamlessly printed directly onto the tumbler's surface, eliminating concerns about decal peeling, epoxy cracking, or design fading. I am dedicated to bringing your unique design ideas or images to life, and I'll continue refining them until you're entirely satisfied. :)

In the event that you stumble upon a tumbler design that you absolutely adore, and I don't have it in my current inventory, you can acquire it yourself, and once you send it my way, I'll be delighted to incorporate it into your customized tumbler.

Please note that these cups require gentle hand washing, as they are not compatible with dishwashers.

I offer the flexibility to add a name, monogram, phrase, picture, and even allow you to choose your preferred font. Remember, you can also make a custom photo collage tumbler, or a single photo tumbler if you desire.

I will promptly provide you with a mock-up, and depending on the complexity of the design, you may have several options to choose from. Your tumbler won't be crafted until I receive your full approval. Subsequently, I will finalize your order and arrange for prompt shipment. It's essential to double-check details such as spelling, dates, and names at this stage.

Please be aware that while I consistently strive to create top-notch tumblers, each one is handmade individually. Consequently, they each possess a unique character, even if they feature the same design.

Because of the fully custom nature of this order and the provided mockup, once production begins, refunds will no longer be eligible. Exchanges will only be made for a new tumbler should it arrive damaged.
