How cards are shipped

A2 4.25'' x 5.5'' sized cards are sent in a 9''x6'' envelope. We ship same day if orders come in before 3:00 pm and next day if after 3:00 pm. Orders are taken inside the Post Office to the outgoing drop box, because we don't like them sitting in an outdoor mailbox--we are quirky about that. We message buyers once the order is dropped off.

Etsy Tracking vs. USPS Tracking

Although it appears your cards are being tracked by USPS they are actually not. To help explain this, look at your card when it arrives. There is a QR code where normally a stamp would be placed. This is not USPS's tracking. It's Etsy's own (sort of) tracking and it's highly inaccurate and not reliable at all. Your "tracking" may say "delivered", when in fact it has only reached your local zip code and not your mailbox. Many times you will see "in transit" for a long time after you have received your card. We consider it lost if you haven't received it by 14 days. Please, feel free to contact us with any shipping concerns. We will gladly replace cards when this happens OR they arrive damaged.

We just can't do them as much as we would love to.

Write a note, sign it and put it in the envelope. Be sure to hand it over gently to your loved one. Fingers crossed they laugh!

Policies we have at Andyboo Greetings

1. We don't use AI. It's just not how to do things. We DO use Photoshop to change the color of dresses on the "Mavis" series without destroying the integrity of the original photo. We had to make each one color coded if you will, so there was no confusion as to which card you were ordering and what we were shipping out. 2. We have lots of Reeses Peanut Butter Cups on hand when we write new cards. 3. OUR CUSTOMERS ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF OUR LITTLE BUSINESS! We are genuinely grateful for all of you. You know we mean that.
