Do you provide proofs?

Due to the high volume of orders we receive each day, we are unable to provide proofs. Our workflow is very meticulous so from the moment the order is placed, our team begins working on it. More often then not, an order has already been made up (sometimes even shipped) by the time a customer requests a proof. If you have any questions regarding one of our products, please message us before placing an order. ***We do not engrave profanity, suggestive material, or religious iconography onto any of our pieces.

Can I Change My Address After I Purchase?

Please double check your shipping address prior to finalizing the purchase. Due to the volume of orders we have, we are unable to change them once the order is placed. We will gladly reship packages that are sent back to us, but we ask that you cover the cost to ship it out a second time. The customer is also responsible for additional shipping costs when packages are returned to us because of invalid addresses, failed deliveries, shipping issues, etc. If a customer fails to respond to our attempts to contact them regarding a package that was returned to our shop, it will be discarded after 90 days and we will not remake it. A new order will have to be placed.

How soon can you ship my piece?

We have a very quick turnaround time! All orders are usually made up within 1-2 days, then shipped with either UPS Expedited Mail Innovations for our leather products or UPS SurePost for our boards. We do everything we can to get your order out in a timely fashion. However, if there are shipping delays or other unforeseen delays on your order we do not complimentarily upgrade your shipping speed. *We strongly recommend upgrading shipping to UPS Ground especially during the holiday season*

Cancellations, Refunds or Exchanges

All items in our shop are handmade just for you. Personalized pieces are not eligible for refunds or returns. International orders are not eligible for returns. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping back the product. If there is a material defect with the piece, we will gladly make you a new one. We stand behind our work and aim to create the highest quality products.

Can I make changes to my order after I submit it?

No. Because we receive a high volume of orders and messages every day, it's unlikely that we will see your message before making up your order. We have a very quick turnaround time so we are not able to make changes once an order is placed.

Orders outside of the US and Canada

All orders are made and shipped within 1-2 days. We do everything we can to get your order out in a timely fashion. Orders shipped outside of the US and Canada may experience delays due to customs. We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or any other international charges. Delayed or lost packages are outside of our control. UPS does not consider an international package lost until 30 days have passed since the last tracking update. Only once that happens are we able to file a claim. We will then work with UPS to either refund or replace your order. If they choose to reject our claim, we apologize for the inconvenience. Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for items that are lost in mail.

We strongly recommend upgrading your shipping at check out to UPS Ground for faster transit. Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for items that are lost in mail so please ensure beforehand that the shipping carrier and address you checkout with are correct. Lost mail does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Select a letter shape and further personalize your bank to match your kiddo’s unique style by choosing from 10 fonts and five colors. Each bank is carved from an attractive and sturdy dark wood and topped with a securely fastened acrylic cover.

Both small and large are 1in. deep, and width varies from letter to letter. Generally, you can expect each letter to be between 5-8 inches wide.

- Your font choice (see our listing photos for reference). If no font is specified, we'll use Font 3 for names and Font 9 for monograms.
- Your font color choice. (white, blue, pink, green or yellow) If no color is specified, we will proceed with white.

Quotes can be 80 characters max.

Fonts 7-9 showcase a larger middle initial. Please send initials in the 𝙚𝙭𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 you want them engraved. The middle initial will be larger.
Font 7 will mirror some letters to fit within the shape and can fit max 3 letters.
For Font 10 specify the letter you want used for the large initial. If none is specified, we'll use the first initial of the last name, or first name given.
