1. Do you accept custom or personalized orders?

Yes. We are happy to create custom and personalized jewelry. Please message us before ordering so we can confirm the design, metal, stones, ring size, price, and production time. Engraved items, custom stones, custom dimensions, and buyer requested changes beyond the standard listing options are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design. Any deposit, design fee, or special cancellation term will be clearly stated in the private Etsy listing before payment. Unless confidentiality or exclusivity is agreed through Etsy Messages before purchase, we may photograph completed custom work and offer similar designs in the future.

2. Can I place a rush order?

Rush orders may be available with prior approval. Our standard production time is 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping to the United States normally takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. For an additional USD 50, rush production is normally completed in approximately 12 business days, followed by expedited U.S. shipping estimated at 3 to 5 business days. Please contact us before ordering. Availability depends on the design, materials, and our current workload. Production and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

3. What ring sizes do you offer?

Our regular listing options generally include US sizes 4 to 10, including half sizes where available. If you need a smaller size, larger size, or another special size, please contact us before ordering. Availability and additional costs depend on the ring design and metal. A size not offered as a standard option in the listing is considered a custom size and is final sale unless the item is defective or materially different from the listing description.

4. What’s your return and exchange policy?

Each listing's return policy applies. Eligible jewelry must be returned within the stated period, unworn, unaltered, in original condition and packaging. Contact us first. For personal preference, screen color differences, or a wrong size ordered, the buyer pays tracked return shipping. Original shipping and rush, engraving, resizing, or custom fees are nonrefundable except where required by law. U.S. returns must use USPS unless approved. Personalized, engraved, custom size or stone, worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or third party serviced items cannot be returned for personal reasons. For damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed items, contact us with photos. We will provide a solution and cover necessary return shipping.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase unless the order has already shipped. After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed and may be declined once design approval, stone sourcing, material purchasing, engraving, resizing, or production has begun. Any separately disclosed custom design fee or deposit is subject to the terms stated in the custom Etsy listing before payment. Please contact us through Etsy Messages. A cancellation is complete only after it has been confirmed and processed through Etsy.

6. Do you offer installment payment plans?

Yes. Klarna may be displayed at Etsy checkout for eligible buyers and orders. Eligibility and payment terms are determined by Etsy and Klarna. We may also offer a shop managed layaway plan by prior arrangement. All payments must be made through Etsy. The minimum installment is USD 100, and the plan must be completed within 6 months. The item ships only after full payment. The payment schedule, production timing, first payment amount, and any nonrefundable terms will be clearly stated in the private Etsy listing before the first payment.

7. Do you ship internationally? What should I know?

Yes. We ship from Canada worldwide using UPS, Canada Post, or DHL. For U.S. orders, import duties, tariffs, and applicable carrier customs clearance fees are included in the price shown to U.S. buyers. These orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid, or DDP. Applicable U.S. state sales tax is calculated and collected separately by Etsy at checkout. For other destinations, VAT, GST, customs duties, or carrier fees may be collected by Etsy at checkout or charged upon delivery. Unless the listing or checkout page says they are included, these charges are the buyer's responsibility. If required for delivery or customs clearance, please provide a phone number through Etsy Messages after ordering. Customs and carrier delays may affect delivery.

8. What happens if my package is returned due to failed delivery or customs issues?

As our pieces are made-to-order, please make sure to provide accurate shipping and contact information when placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery (such as incorrect address, unresponsive recipient, or failure to clear customs), the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping fees. We’re happy to re-ship the package once those fees and the new shipping cost are covered. Unfortunately, in cases where the package is marked as abandoned or destroyed by the carrier, we won’t be able to offer a refund or replacement.
