3. Eligibility for Exchange: To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:
o The item must be unused and unworn. Shoes should be tried only on a soft, carpeted surface to prevent any damage to the soles or leather. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
o The item must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and with all labels intact. It should be securely placed in its original bag and properly protected.
o Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as the shipping costs for the replacement product in the exchange.
5. Manufacturing Defects: In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will either resolve the issue or provide a replacement product at no additional charge.
