Digital sales are generated automatically by Etsy without any action required from the seller. You will receive an email to download your order at the email address you used when registering on Etsy (or at the email address used for payment if you are not registered on Etsy). Some documents are bundled and sold as compressed .rar or .zip files. Instructions for opening these files are provided in the item description. You will need suitable extraction software (free software such as WinRAR). If you do not know how to open a compressed file and/or do not wish to learn, please do not purchase it. NO files will be sent manually by the seller.

I live in the USA. Do I have to pay customs fees on my order?

Yes. Since August 29, 2025, the so-called "de minimis exemption" law has been abolished. This means that ALL orders, even those of low value, sent to the USA may be subject to customs duties. These duties are ENTIRELY the responsibility of the buyer. But GOOD NEWS! In my shop, the price of the products already includes these additional fees, and my orders to the USA are shipped after the customs fees have been paid to the postal service, which then forwards the amount to US Customs. Therefore, you have NOTHING to pay in addition to what you pay on Etsy. No surprises!
