All of our jewellery is handmade to order with love, care and high attention to detail. We only offer refunds on certain items ( non customised ) and we must be contacted within 7 days after receipt of receiving your order and it must be marked for return within 14 days. Custom orders and custom size requested jewellery is non-returnable or exchangeable.

Change to sizing will be subject of a £5 reworking fee to cover materials depending on the items and re shipping.

Items must be sent in original, unworn unused condition and in the same packaging it was received in. Earrings are non returnable once worn due to hygiene purposes, this is in line with selling regulations

Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost

Yes, We put in extensive amounts of time and research to ensure we bring you the best quality, 100% genuine gemstones at affordable costs.

We do lots of research and only work with the best suppliers who are small and family run to ensure fair wages and ask / obtain lots of info to ensure we source responsibly

Raw stones

We sell mainly raw stones ( as they are when mined ) and they can be rather delicate in this state so please ensure to keep your pieces away from direct sunlight & water 💧 ✨

All custom and personalized orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty on arrival

Although we perform testing to ensuring our pieces are made to last we understand accidents or manufacturing faults can occur. Please contact us immediately upon realising your order is damaged or defective and attach photos to show this and we will look into this asap and we will ask for the item to be returned to us for inspection.

If your item becomes damaged due to accident or wear and tear after receiving we are happy to repair this for you for a fee just please contact us.

If your item has become lost or stolen we are unable to offer any assistance as this is not covered under warranty as well as if your item has been subject to damage and become lost due to this. Anything after 6weeks we can not offer replacement or reimbursement.

All items will come with a care card on how to look after and prolong the life on your jewellery.

Plated chains are a base metal of stainless steel so will not tarnish but the clasps are a mixed base and will tarnish over time.
Sterling silver, although a precious metal still does naturally tarnish over time as this is a natural reaction to the elements. Gold filled is very durable and has gold fussed onto the base metal so does not flake or discolour.

To prevent tarnishing from happening quickly we advise you to remove jewellery for bathing, exercising, sleeping and sunbathing.
I advise putting your jewellery on after you have applied all lotions and perfumes and gently clean every so often to return to the original sparkle.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International delivery takes anywhere between 7-28 “business days” as standard. We cannot open a case with the delivery provider until this length of time has lapsed so we please ask for your patience until it has. If it has not been received after 28 business days please get in touch and we will do our best to help. Please note that international standard delivery is an untracked service so you cannot see your item location, please upgrade to tracked and signed if you require this. Please double check delivery address to ensure this is correct and in full with no abbreviations. If the incorrect address is inputted we can not be held responsible and cannot refund or reship without fee.

If there is anything we can do to make your experience even better please do get in touch with anything you may want to know regarding items, orders, sizing, etc. We aim to get back to you in a very timely manner but please do allow 24 hours just in case.

We are a made to order business which means we keep no stock and make each and every order by hand therefore we have a processing time of between 3-5 business days. Please be advised this time is completely separate from shipping time and this will always be reflected before purchasing by looking at the delivery section on each item and before confirming your payment.

Choosing a delivery upgrade does not mean your order will ship the same day and arrive the next day after purchase, it simply means after the processing time we will use this method to ship your item and then it will be received in the appropriate time. E.g. if you place an order on Saturday, the item will be due for dispatch between Wednesday and Friday.

Please ensure to check your delivery details before checkout. If you notice an issue please inform us asap after purchase. Once your order has dispatched we will not be able to change the details and this could cause issue to your order arriving.

We will not be able to issue refunds or replacements for items sent to incorrect addresses as we have fulfilled our duty and sent to the address you have provided.
