Custom and personalised orders

There are several items that we can personalise (including badges!) and we are also happy to put together custom care packages and gift boxes - please enquire by sending us a message.

Is your packaging discreet?

Our packaging is discreet and normally comes in plain brown envelopes. You are perfectly safe to order from us if you're recently out, or closeted, but let us know, and we might sneak in a little extra gift for you :-) INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: unfortunately it is now mandatory to include a direct link to the listing in electronic customs data. therefore, customs officers may see that you have purchased LGBT items.

Are you really a queer/trans/cornish creator?

Yes. All three of us are queer, some of us are genderqueer/trans, and we have been living in Cornwall for 10+ years. We also happen to be a little family :-)

Please note that our standard international delivery is UNTRACKED because this is the norm in the UK and we wanted to offer a budget option. We recommend choosing the 'Tracked' shipping option at checkout if you want peace of mind regarding the status of your delivery.

Do I get any freebies??

A little sticker is normally included in every order... the more you buy, the bigger your freebie!

The EU introduced the GSPR (safety regulation) in Dec 2024 and consequently we've had to stop selling some products to the EU until further notice. We are only selling products that any reasonable person would deem "safe" that were already on the market before the legislation came into place (this includes papers and the majority of our hair elastics). Anything else has been made unavailable to the EU, including our popular pride keyrings, lapel pins, and kawaii magnets.

I'm in the USA. Are tariffs/fees included?

Yes. We are working with Royal Mail to pay the relevant tariffs for imported goods. You shouldn't have anything else to pay when your package arrives. If you do experience any problems, please contact us right away.

We hate that this even needs to be said but we use absolutely no form of generative AI during any part of our process! Our artwork is drawn by hand and scanned in, or digitally drawn on an iPad, or designed using simple text/shape/image layering in digital design software. We also hope that our suppliers (e.g. ribbon printers) have these same creative standards but if you suspect otherwise PLEASE get in touch so we can remove those items from sale. Thank you.
