📦 How long does shipping take?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery within the US then takes an additional 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

📦 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders within the US ship for free.

📦 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by destination – orders to Canada and Europe typically arrive faster than other international destinations. For most international orders, please allow 10–21 business days. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

📦 How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.

👕 How do your sweatshirts/hoodies/t-shirts fit – true to size?

Our sweatshirts/hoodies/t-shirts are unisex with a classic fit – not too slim, not too boxy. They tend to run true to size, though some customers prefer to size up for a more relaxed, oversized look. Check the size guide in the product images for exact measurements.

👕 What material are your products made of?

Our sweatshirts and hoodies are made of a soft 50% US cotton / 50% polyester blend – durable, holds its shape well, and resists shrinking. Please note that heather color options may vary slightly in composition. Our t-shirts are made of 100% US cotton for a classic, breathable feel.

✏️ Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! We love custom orders. Check out our personalized products in the shop where you can directly configure and order your custom item. If you have a more specific idea or request, just send us a message and we'll do our best to make it happen. Custom orders typically take an additional 2–3 business days on top of standard production time.

🔄 What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to ship your item back to us for a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Please note that personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made specifically for you – so please double-check all details before placing your order.

🔄 My item arrived damaged or incorrect – what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us and include a photo of the issue so we can look into it and find the best solution for you.
