DISPATCH INFO:
We aim to dispatch within 3 working days however we do have an express delivery option for you to select if you want your order to be rushed, this will see your order dispatched next working day.
Please do not ask for your order to be rushed if you have not selected this option.

DELIVERY & REFUNDS:
Please note the delivery dates advertised are ESTIMATIONS ONLY and NOT guaranteed so we strongly advise you to order well in advance to avoid delivery delays. As these are custom made & personalised we are not obligated to issue a refund on your order unless the item has been lost (no delivery within 14days of dispatch) or is damaged. We will NOT issue refunds based on your order arriving after you need it for so please bear this in mind if you are ordering close to the date you need it for as this will be at your own risk!!

Our Plaques are 10cm x 13cm in size and we use non toxic water resistant paint.

HOW TO ORDER:
-Please select the paint & font colour of choice
-Add your personalisation (we use a standard template however if you require different text then please ensure you add this into this section.)

You can now add on matching milestone plaques with your order. If you require mix colours please let us know in the personalisation box.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY:
We aim to dispatch within 1 working day and we send all orders via royal mail 1st class. Whilst Royal mail do state they aim to deliver 1-2 working days this can sometimes take longer so please allow some additional time for your item to arrive before contacting us.
