Gemstones used in jewelry are natural?

Yes, all gemstones used in our products are 100% natural. Each and every gemstone is carefully selected and inspected by our GIA graduate gemologist before mounting it on the jewel. Each gemstone we use is directly sourced from mines. If any reputable lab claims otherwise, we will issue a full refund.

Are your design original ?

Each and every product listed on the SNJ Jewels store is designed by our certified and professional designer team headed by Ms. Ramanpreet Kaur. Each piece of jewelry is inspired by nature and has its own uniqueness.

Can I give you my idea and you designed it (customization) ?

since we have an in-house jewelry production team so we welcome customized products according to your need. all you need is to give us your idea and we design it for you. As soon as your design is done we'll provide you with the best quote. Moreover, we do not charge an extra fee for it.

What about gemstone treatment or enhancement?

Each and every gemstone we use is natural. however, we have a strict policy of disclosure of enhancement in gems, which are as follows Ruby: Heat Treatment Heat treatment is a very common color and clarity enhancement done in rubies. Around 95% of the rubies on the market are heat treated. RUBY: Glass-filled Glass filled is another treatment used for enhancing ruby color and clarity. Sapphire: Heat Treatment Like rubies, Sapphires are also heat treated to improve the color and clarity of the stone. Heat treatment is a commonly accepted enhancement. Emerald: Oiling (Fracture Filling) Emeralds contain a lot of fractures within them and hence these fractures are filled with oil to improve the clarity and make the stone much more stable.

Are your products available for wholesale?

Will my order be insured?

Yes, any product you buy from us will be 100% insured. you do not need to worry about loss or theft as everything will be covered by our insurance partners.

Jewelry made are of solid gold or just gold plated?

We offered both 14K and 18K gold jewelry .when customers select our jewelry it is made of solid gold respectively. Each and every piece of jewelry you buy is hallmarked with gold purity so that the consumer is assured about the quality and it can also be helpful in appraisals.
