How long will it take to deliver my order?

For customers residing in the UK, we follow a three-day processing period. This means that within three business days after your order placement—excluding weekends—your crystals will be prepared for shipment. We utilize 1st Class and Tracked shipping methods, ensuring a swift and traceable delivery, so your wait time will be minimal.

My order is still not here, is that right?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by delayed deliveries due to sorting office backlogs, especially for those who have purchased crystals and are still awaiting their arrival.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do offer International Shipping Worldwide.

Rest assured, we take great care to securely wrap your crystals, minimizing the risk of breakage during transportation. Our shipping days run from Monday to Friday, and usually, items reach their destination within 1-4 days within the U.K. If your delivery takes a bit longer, no need to fret—your order is still en route!

Returns & Failed Delivery

Should an item be returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection from a Royal Mail depot, we will refund the item's cost including the delivery fee. Alternatively, we can re-dispatch the item, with postage costs borne by the customer. A proof of postage payment can be requested by the customer for cost verification.

International Shipping FAQs

Our Tracked service enables order tracking. International delivery usually takes 7 to 28 business days. Kindly wait during this period before contacting us, as we can't raise an issue with the delivery firm sooner. Reach out after 28 business days if your order hasn't arrived; we'll do our utmost to help. Keep in mind that UK-to-abroad shipping takes time; delivery times vary, with some getting orders in 10 days, others in 3 weeks.

What should I do if my package has been returned to sender?

In cases where customers have provided an incorrect delivery address or failed to retrieve their package from the local postal courier following a missed delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their local post office. They should arrange for collection or reschedule delivery to their accurate address. Should the postal service return the item to us, a refund can be issued to you. However, please note that the initial shipping fee is non-refundable. If a customer wishes to have the purchase resent, they will be required to cover the postal cost once again.
