If a package is lost a replacement will be sent out or a full refund will be issued.

A package is considered lost if it has not had a tracking update in 2 consecutive weeks.


For example: If the package goes 9 days without a tracking update and on the 10th day has an update, another 2 weeks will need to pass before it is considered lost.

If you would like to change the address that your order is shipped to, it must be communicated before the item ships.

If the order has already shipped, it can be reshipped it once it is returned. The buyer is responsible for postage of reshipment.
If the order is never returned a new order will need to be placed.
