🛒 How To Order

1: Select your desired options from the dropdown menus (size, color, quantity, etc.)

2: If selecting a metallic, glitter, shimmer, neon, or holographic option, enter your specific color in the
personalization box (Example: Metallic Silver)

3: If your order includes a custom font option, enter the font name in the personalization box

4: If you would like a design proof, request it in the personalization box (Proofs are only provided upon
request)

5: Complete all required personalization details before checkout (Enter 'N/A' if no changes are
needed)

6: Select a shipping upgrade if desired

7: For custom artwork, email your files to: orders [!at] studiodecals.com

⚠️ IMPORTANT

-Your order will be produced based on the dropdown selection
-If choosing a specialty finish (e.g., shimmer), you must select the correct category AND specify the exact color in the personalization box
-Due to dropdown limitations, not all colors are listed
-Orders submitted incorrectly will be produced as selected—we are not responsible for selection errors
-Please verify sizing before ordering
-Use masking/painter’s tape to outline the area where the decal will be applied
Step back and adjust as needed, then measure for best fit
-Need a custom size? Contact us—we can make decals in virtually any size

-The “Buy Now” button purchases a quantity of 1 with standard shipping
-For multiple items, use “Add to Cart”
-Check listing images for all available colors and finishes

Decal Types:

-Full-color decals: Printed designs on a white background (similar to stickers)
-2-color decals: Die-cut vinyl with no background
-Please specify which elements should be which colors when ordering

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

-All orders include a processing time, shown in the listing
-If a proof is requested, processing will be delayed until approval is received
-Example: A 3-day approval delay adds 3 days to processing and delivery
-Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

Shipping Options:

-Canada: Express upgrades available at checkout
-USA & 🌍 International: Tracking included
-Express shipping upgrades available for faster delivery

Note: U.S. tracking may take 1–2 days to update while the package is in transit from Canada.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
-We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized products
-This includes items with specific sizes, colors, or personalization
-If we make an error, we will replace the item exactly as originally ordered
-No changes can be made to replacement orders

-Read all included application instructions and tips before use
-Made from high-quality commercial-grade outdoor vinyl
-Includes premium transfer tape for easy application

Recommended Surfaces:

-Glass, plastic, acrylic, plexiglass, metal, mirrors, and wood

Important Notes:

-Decals are removable but not reusable
-Can conform to slightly curved surfaces, but not extreme curves
-Do not apply to indoor painted walls (may damage paint)

-Product images are examples—final color/size may vary
-Hand washing is recommended for drinkware (not dishwasher safe)
