We offer real materials like gold, sterling silver, and lab grown diamond (including IGI-certified lab diamonds.). All details are clearly listed in each product description.

4. Are the photos and videos in your listings real?

Mostly no. We use 3D render photos and videos to showcase our custom designs clearly, with perfect lighting, angles, and detail. These are not “stock” images, but visual previews of what you’ll get made from scratch.

5. Why not use real photos in the listing instead?

Creating each piece first and then photographing it is time consuming and costly. Render images help us show every detail and variation upfront, but we always back that up with real visuals post-production.

7. When do I see real photos/videos of the piece?

After your order is complete. We'll share clear, real-life photos and video, so you can inspect it, suggest tweaks if needed, and approve before it ships to you.
