Custom and personalized orders

We welcome ALL personalized and custom orders & requests! Almost all of our items can be personalized in MANY ways from colors, additives (glitters), even adding names, dates, etc. Custom orders have a longer turnaround time! No request is too big or too small! If we don't feel confident in our ability to complete a custom order, we will let you know & do our best to figure out a piece for you that you will love! PLEASE NOTE: If you have a special request besides the options we have listed for any of our items listed or any other items we make (design, additives, personalization requests, etc.) please reach out to us before placing your order!

What is our turn around time?

Most of our item's ship between 1-3 days of order being placed. If it will be longer than this, we will keep in communication with you through the whole process. We value good customer service and good communication. Please note that custom orders take longer and vary piece by piece. These details will all be described and agreed on BEFORE any order is made.

Noticeable imperfections in your piece.

As with any handmade product, there can be slight imperfections such as bubbles (especially with resin art). We quality check all our products before packaging, but if you notice an issue (such as a big noticeable bubble), or some issue affecting the overall quality of your piece, send us a picture message and we will figure it out & get you a product that you love!

Resin Care Instructions

-Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. -Hand wash only using mild fragrence free soap and water. Wipe dry with a non-abrasive cloth or let air dry. -Avoid contact with smoke as it may cause discoloration. -Avoid harsh chemicals, oils, or rubbing alcohol. -Do not scrub, soak, or submerge in water. -Not dishwasher or microwave safe. -Keep away from open flame.

We send every package with tracking through USPS, so if your order hasn't arrived when it's expected by (according to your order & estimated delivery listed), check your tracking number FIRST. If this doesn't give you an answer that you're satisfied with, send us a message and we will do our best to figure out what's going on with your order. If your package is LOST, send us a message, and we will discuss next steps.

Packaging Information

We take pride in our packaging! Every keychain comes ready to be gifted in some form of gift bag (either in a cellophane bag or organza bag usually) and everything is either tissue wrapped afterwards (if a Poly mailer is used) or placed in a bubble mailer to ensure the safe arrival of your products!
