Stunning French Barbotine Majolica Sarreguemines wine pitcher / water jug. This pitcher is made in Sarreguemines commune in France and made out of Barbotine Majolica which is a heavy type of earthenware ceramic pottery. This is a great example of the art of Barbotine ceramics. It has the makers mark stamp on the bottom. This pitcher jug is in good vintage condition. The glaze has a little crazing when inspected under bright lights which is normal for an old item. The majolica colour is a rich golden brown colour with a nice glaze. In good vintage used condition as the photos show. 
This item is sent with free shipping worldwide and sent tracked with la Poste France international.
