The item came as pictured. However the shipping time took very long. I understand the shipping is not always in control of the shop. However, considering the fact many people have a problem with the shipping time, it would be beneficial to the shop owner to simply provide a tracking number when marking the order as shipped, this way they can cut down on complaints and negative reviews as well as cutting down on the number of messages or reviews they have to answer with shipping information. It would save work and frustration on both sides. Work smart, not hard, if you want to be successful.

The pin pictured is pink but the pin that came was purple, otherwise it looked as expected. Shipping took quite long, but the seller provided shipping information when I asked.

Took over 2 months to receive. When I enquired about the timeline, I got no response. When I finally received the item, the packaging looked very cheap and the chain was less than expected. The only positive if the pendent is nice. Would not order again for the price paid.
