I only gave it 4 stars because personally didn't like the seam not encapsulated and It doesn't say anywhere in description that it is a raw edge product. you must use fabrics that will not frey. I also thought the directions were not adequate, it leaves much out. It is a very simple ITH project for a beginner but make sure your using non fraying fabrics. One must be able to figure out the almost non-existent directions to make it work. I didn't use customer service so no review was given there.
