UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class post and should arrive within 2-5 days. Special Delivery is also available as a shipping upgrade.

International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Airmail. Tracking information is not available with this service. If you would like tracking please upgrade your shipping to Track and Sign. Shipping times are detailed below.

PLEASE NOTE - Urban Eye cannot be responsible for lost or stolen goods after your item has been shipped, so please consider adding tracking and insurance to your order and be sure that your shipping address is to a secure location.

TRACKING AND INSURANCE
Tracking and insurance is only available on parcels sent via "Tracked and signed" (up to £20) or "Tracked and Insured" and can be purchased as a shipping upgrade at time of purchase. If you do not request a tracked service I cannot track the whereabouts of your package once it has been shipped.

Europe - 5-10 days - Tracked and Signed approximately 5 days
Rest of the World - 10-15 days - Tracked and Signed approximately 7 days

Please bear in mind I cannot control the postal service, only how quickly I ship your order. If it takes a little longer for your purchase to arrive than expected it will be down to a delay in customs or the postal service.
