● Make sure you can log into the e-mail address associated with your Etsy account before ordering as we do send reminders to it also.
● Fill out requested information ONLY in the personalization box above. No other changes can be made.
●Send any photos (only if the design shown above has photos) to us through Etsy messaging within three hours of purchase. If the design above does not have photos, then none can be added. We may request that they be emailed but only if needed.
● We will send a proof within 24-48 hours through Etsy messaging. Proofs must be approved within 24 hours for the order to proceed to print.
● No changes can be made to your canvas after the proof has been approved for us to produce.

GIFT NOTES⤵

We will include a gift message for free. When completing the checkout process be sure to check the box labeled “This order is a gift.” Then check the box labeled “Add gift message for free.” You can now leave a gift message in the box that pops up. Etsy does not give us the ability to add gift notes typed into the “Add a note to BoneandDarbyMakersCo” to the order. Gift notes are not able to be added to orders after the order is placed as Etsy does not allow us access to that option.

ITEM PERTINENT INFORMATION⤵

●We recommend fine tip or pen type permanent markers and paint pens for guests’ signatures
●All canvases will have a white background. Colored backgrounds are not offered
●All measurements are in inches
●Measurements are height x width
●Canvas is double lined to be sturdier when written on
●Wood frame inside the canvas
●No exterior frame is included
●Do not stack without protection in between it and other items
●Order includes: Printed canvas with internal wood frame only. No other items shown in listing photos are included.
●All photos must be the original high quality images (300 dpi or higher to start with, not raised to 300 dpi from something lower than that), clear, and brightly lit. No screenshots or images pulled from social media as these will be low quality and will print grainy.
●Handling with gloves will reduce fingerprints, etc.
●Canvases will be shipped wrapped in protective packaging. After inspection, we suggest leaving this on until the day of your wedding to reduce fingerprints, etc. from happening.

If your address on file is not correct when you order we must cancel your order and you can reorder with the correct address. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. The dates shown in the shipping section of the listing are estimates. Due to all items being imprinted with ink things such as glitter, diamonds, metallic, reflective, shiny, etc are printed representations. There will be no actual glitter, diamonds, etc on the product. Design photos and templates may vary in small ways due to the different programs that created them. Any broken items, defective merchandise, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims will not be honored after this period! Broken or Defective Merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item, we do not offer refunds. Due to the nature of the hand production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Items will be printed as submitted. Misalignment, centering issues, not liking the design once receiving it, etc. that are submitted that way are not considered a flaw on our part and therefore the items are not refundable nor replaceable for free. Variation in materials, production equipment, and firing temperature may result in variations in size, shape, glaze, color, etc. There will be no returns nor refunds given due to these issues. Also, due to differences in computer monitor/tablet/phone screen resolution and color settings, colors may appear different on screen than in person. This is true with any item seen online on any website. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective nor returnable.
