Q: Do you offer free UK shipping?

A: Yes. We offer free tracked shipping for UK orders over £40. Orders under £40 will have a small shipping fee. All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: UK orders usually arrive within 2 business days after dispatch. International orders normally take 3–7 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. Please note that delays can occur during busy periods or due to customs checks, delivery may take longer during busy seasons such as Christmas.

Q: Do you use tracked shipping?

A: Yes. We use Tracked & Signed Shipping for all orders to help ensure safe delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment. A signature will also be required upon delivery of the parcel.

Q: Can you make custom jewelry based on my idea or photo?

A: Yes. Most designs can be made in our workshop. If you have a specific vision or a picture for reference, send it to us and we will discuss how to bring your idea to life. During our initial discussion, I will provide you with an approximate quote. Once you place the order, we will create a 3D design to show your concept. You can request changes at any time based on the 3D model. Once you confirm your design, we will start crafting it and turn it into your jewelry.

Q: How should I care for my silver jewelry?

You can first use the polishing cloth I included to gently wipe the jewellery. This is usually the easiest way to bring back its shine. For daily care, please keep both silver and gold jewellery away from sulphur, sulphides, strong chemicals, and swimming pools, as chlorine may affect the surface. If silver becomes slightly dark or oxidised, you can try: 1. **Polishing cloth**: Gently wipe the jewellery. 2. **Toothpaste + soft toothbrush**: Brush gently with a little toothpaste, then rinse and dry well. 3. **Foil + salt + hot water**: Line a bowl with foil, add a little salt and hot water, soak for a few minutes, then rinse and dry. Will I be charged extra duties or taxes when receiving my order in the US?

No. All orders shipped to the US are sent with prepaid duties & taxes (DDP/PDDP). This means you should not need to pay anyting extra upon delivery. If you are ever incorrectly charged, please contact us and we will help resolve it.

Will I have to pay VAT or customs fees when ordering from the EU?

For EU orders under €150: VAT is already collected by Etsy at checkout through the IOSS scheme. This means you will not be charged VAT again on delivery. For EU orders over €150: VAT and customs duties are not collected at checkout. These will be charged by your local customs authorities when the parcel arrives in your country.

Can I request delivery without a signature or have my parcel delivered to a PO Box?

No. For security reasons, we only use Tracked & Signed Shipping services for all orders. We do not ship to PO Box addresses, and we do not offer delivery options that do not require a signature upon delivery.

The default clasp for this necklace is a Lobster clasp made from S925 sterling silver.
If you are allergic to S925 clasps, please leave a note when placing your order and we can replace it with a W Clasp to ensure the entire necklace is made of pure S999 silver.

Shop Policies

1. Important Note About Clasp Knowledge:

We would like to clarify a common question regarding clasps. Because a lobster clasp requires an internal spring, it cannot be made in S999 pure silver. Our lobster clasp option is made from S925 silver.

If you are allergic to 925 silver, or if you prefer your entire chain to maintain 100% purity, we offer a W clasp option, a spring-free structure crafted from S999 silver. This clasp design preserves both the purity and durability of your jewelry without compromising safety.
(If you’d like the W clasp instead of a lobster clasp, please leave a note when placing your order, and we will replace it free of charge.)

For correct fastening, please kindly refer to the product photo (after passing through the green mark, the clasp should not remain in the red area but instead be threaded through to the yellow area. This ensures a secure fit and helps prevent unnecessary wear on your chain)

2. Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon arrival and contact me within 3 days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. I will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

3. Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (please message me before returning).

Buyers cover return shipping costs; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including polishing cloth, storage pouch or other items were included with the order, they must also be returned together with the item. These gifts are provided as part of the purchase and can only be kept if the buyer keeps the item.

Custom-made, personalised, made-to-order, made-to-measure items, and any items made specifically for the buyer according to their selected size, length, material, design, engraving, or requested alterations are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to change of mind, wrong size ordered, or duplicate purchase.

4. Shipping
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed internationally ( 3–7 business days, longer during holiday seasons) and Royal Mail 48 Tracked within the UK (free delivery on orders over £100). A signature is required upon delivery. If delivery is missed, please contact your local postal office with the tracking number. Reshipping costs may apply if the parcel is returned to me.

5. Customs, Taxes and Duties
United States: All orders are shipped with prepaid duties & taxes (DDP). This is means US customers will not be asked to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

European Union (EU): For orders under €150, VAT is collected by Etsy at checkout under the IOSS scheme, so no extra VAT will be charged on delivery. For orders over €150, VAT and customs duties are charged by local customs authorities upon delivery.

Other countries (Canada, Australia, etc.): Import duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your local customs regulations. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs, shipping costs cannot be refunded.

6. Jewelry Care
Silver may naturally oxidize over time. To restore its shine, gently clean with toothpaste or a silver polishing cloth. Avoid strong chemicals, sulfur soaps, or swimming pools while wearing.

7. About Customization Process
I also create custom solid silver & gold jewelry (from 9k to 24k yellow, rose, and white gold). If you have a design you love, feel free to message me! Handmade customization usually takes 2 to 5 weeks depending on the design.
