2- You’ll receive an email from Corjl* within 15 minutes of your purchase with a link to access your template.
3- Edit your template on your computer, tablet, or phone. Save. Download.
4 - Print at home, through a local or online vendor, or at a local copy store. Or send digitally via email or text.

*Please note some items in my shop are not editable. These items can be downloaded directly from Etsy. You will NOT receive an email from Corjl for non-editable items.

Shortly after your purchase, you’ll receive an email from Corjl with a link to access your template. Although it usually only takes a couple of minutes to arrive, please allow up to 15-20 minutes to receive this email.

If you purchased a non-editable item, that can be downloaded directly from Etsy under Purchases. Please note the Etsy App does not allow downloads. You'll have to visit Etsy in a browser to download.

Technology isn’t always perfect, and sometimes this happens. But not to worry! If you didn’t receive the email from Corjl, head to Corjl.com, click "Edit a Purchased Item," and follow the prompts. Alternatively, send me a message for assistance.

If you were signed in with Apple for your purchase, your email address was hidden/blocked and you won't be able to receive the email from Corjl. Please message me with your email address so I can update the email on your order.

Alternatively, you can print your design at home, at a local copy store (Office Depot, Fedex, Kinko’s, Staples, etc), at a local printer, or through an online vendor.

Every design is different, so please reference the listing description for the demo link. The demo will allow you to try before you buy and see what's editable on the particular design you're interested in.

Editable templates expire after 6 months. However, I offer unlimited downloads on all editable templates.

Most invitations have a suite of matching items and decorations for your event. Refer to the listing description of the invitation you’re interested in for the link to the matching items. If the invitation is new/recently launched, I may not have finished all of the matching items just yet; if there's a particular matching item you want that you can't find, please let me know!

No physical item will be shipped or printed for you.

Template purchases are for one-time use only. Using a template for multiple events or projects is strictly prohibited.
