Gift wrapping is fully possible to get with any order but may extend the processing time by a day or two.
Look in the shipping option and pick ”Gift Wrap” If you only want a specific item wrapped please state so in the order notes or all will be wrapped up in one gift.

Personalized orders have information/questions within their description that may need an answer before the product can be made or sent.
Example:
"What color would you like the product to be?"
"Any specific ____ You'd desire added to this?"

or so on.

These items are not toys and should not be used by children under the age of 7 at the very least.

Fabric items may not be machine washed.

Do not clean doll clothes in warmer water than you'd use to clean your hands.

If you have a print on the item clean carefully.

Black or dark fabrics might stain some dolls.

Coloration may be different in person compared to the picture due to screen differences.

Fully customized items have to be talked over in personal messages here on Etsy, Instagram, facebook, discord or other official social media. Keep in mind that custom clothing or items will have a higher cost than any "pre-made" items in my listings.

Custom items can not be returned but will be tweaked to perfection before shipping.

There's a couple of options i can provide for this as what happens, after I've left a package to the post it is no longer my responsibility.

What form of compensation do i offer?
There's the option of getting replacement items where i replicate even some OOAK articles to the best of my ability with a free personalizing option.
We also have the option for a coupon code where the amount you've lost can be used to get replacement items both custom and pre-made from the shop.

Yes and No.

Yes you can get a refund if the things have not been shipped OR if you've sent them back AND I have officially received the items.

You can not get a refund on lost items at least not in full.
This is cause of the material and postage prices in combination with work time I've had to put into the lost item. And as a scam prevention.

I always recommend getting replacements or to get a coupon for new items as compensation.

If the item had tracking however there's a better chance for you to get a full refund if we can prove the post has lost the package.

Some of my packaging materials are recykled like ziplock bags, Some bubblewraps and other shipping items can also be reused items. This is to be more eco friendly but does end up having a slightly less professional look once the items arrive.
I do NOT re-use broken and dirty items, only items that are fit for re-use.

Doll clothes are hand made by me using a sewingmachene and high quality fabrics.
Some seams may not be 100% perfect due to human or machene errors but as long as an item is not listed as B-GRADE it will be nearly perfect/high quality.

B-GRADE items are not fully on par with my shop standard and might have more noticable flwas like a crooked seam, missed hem, a small tear in the fabric or other minor defects. These items are usually however still dunctiona and ook pretty good in most cases.

Less than B-grade might be added in b-grade grabbags as additional items this can include prototypes and failed clothing articles for you to mod if you so desire.

Size related questions can be taken in private messages or simply follow the standard sizing information below.
Most standard sizes i use are in 1/6, 1/4 and 1/3 with some variations. Measurements are in metric standard centimeters or milimeters.

To cancel an order please message me here on etsy.
As long as the order has not been shipped I'll cancel and refund your order.
If your order has shipped, there's a couple of things to do. Firstly you'll have to wait for the order to arrive. To avoid any addittional shipping costs avoid opening the package and cross over your adress to ship it back to the return adress. Please let me know if you're doing this so i don't think it was a misstake!!
If you opened the package you'll have to buy return shipping. You will have to wait untill the item is back safe and sound with me.
You will not get shipping refunded and unless the item arrives back safe you will not get a refund. This is to avoid people trying to scam my small buisness.
