Will the item look identical to the photo?

Every print sent will be of a high quality, however expect that colours may appear brighter or darker than the listing photo due to lighting conditions when taken, your screen settings and slight colour variations with each batch from the printers. Borders (should the print contain a border) may differ slightly in length.

How long will it take for my item to ship?

Unless otherwise specified every print has a shipping time of 1-3 business days. I do my best to dispatch next working day (Monday to Fridays) but please allow up to 3.

Feel free to enquire if you've seen an art piece that is no longer available. Please understand I do not print the art myself so it may take some time to restock any pieces.

I have an issue with my order/I haven’t received it yet

I want you to be happy with your order so if you have any issues please contact me and I will try and resolve them. Sometimes deliveries can be delayed for various reasons (especially around the busy holiday period). Please wait 3 weeks from dispatch date before contacting about missing orders. Please note that it's your own responsibility to make sure your delivery address is up to date and correct and that the premise is accessible for delivery. If an order is returned undelivered I've no obligation to resend at no cost.
