Depending on your location, customs fees or tariffs may apply. I am not responsible for these charges. U.S. customers should expect potential import fees, as most of my items are manufactured in China. I've made every effort to communicate this information clearly.

Do you offer tracking?

Tracking is only provided if you select an option that has it. Please upgrade at checkout if you want your item tracked.

Why is my package taking so long to arrive?

I am located in Canada and things can get tied up in customs if I am shipping out internationally. I can't be held responsible for these delays as I utilize Canada Post and they are experiencing a very high parcel volume.

What happened to the free canadian shipping?

Unfortunately, Canada Post will not allow me to send the packages with a stamp anymore.

Why hasn't my package been delivered?

There may be an issue with your mail carrier. I do my best to ship items out on time - but sometimes there are issues beyond my control. I will work with you to file a report and work on creating a favourable outcome.

Custom and personalized orders

I am unable to create custom or personalized pins due to the nature of my designs. I order in quantities of 100 pieces at a time, and it is something I am unable to do. I am also not able to offer them in any other languages, sizes or backing types at this time.

What are your pins made out of?

The majority (if not all) of my pins are made from Zinc Alloy with Black Nickel Plating.

Are your pins made in China?

Yes, they are. No manufacturing currently exists in North America or the UK. I work DIRECTLY with trusted suppliers who I have built relationships with. I design everything, I do NOT stock items that were not designed by me. While I do use pride flags that were designed by someone else, I painstakingly pay attention to detail such as the size, the placement of the posts, my name on the back, the pantone colours used etc. My stickers (except for the communication set) are made in Canada and you can see the information about where my items are made at the bottom right of every single listing.

Are these your designs?

Yes, the majority of the items I have are my designs. While things like pride flags are free public use, I work on the size, the colours and other pertinent details to bring them to life. I do NOT supply or stock items from anyone else and I am the one working directly with manufacturers to bring my designs to fruition.
