Lost or damaged item:
For lost items a replacement will be send once it is declared lost by the delivery company.
For damaged items please contact me with photos that clearly show the damage. Photos of the packaging are also required showing any damage that could have occurred in transit so a claim can be opened with the delivery company. A replacement will then be send.

Excellent customer service. I made a mistake and thought it was an instant download and needed the print for the next. She woke up early the next day, explained that is was a 1-2 day thing and still made me my print. Life saver! Thank you so much!
