There are multiple scenarios that could have happened:
1) The address provided is incorrect
2) Your local USPS delivered it to the wrong address
3) Missing mail could have been stolen
4) USPS lost the package
5) USPS is having issues delivering the package

Solution:

File a claim with USPS online. Contact me so I could file as well. This might expedite the response time from USPS. The information they will provide me or you will be the same. When you file a claim they will contact you directly and you'll be updated as fast as they update me. The response time for packaged DELIVERED, but missing OR items IN TRANSIT and delayed- typically depends on the response time of USPS and their investigation about 3-5 days.

This usually occurs when the address provided upon purchase is incorrect, or unrecognizable by USPS, or if the package label was damaged/ hard to read during delivery.

Once the package has been returned to me, the cost of the shipping label is non-refundable.

If the package was returned due to the label being damaged/unreadable, I will gladly pay for the shipping.

If the package was returned to me due to the incorrect address provided at check out, I will refund your purchase minus the cost of the shipping of $4.00 plus tax.
