This was a Christmas gift. I love to cook and often find myself in the kitchen assisting the host whenever I go to a party or family gatherings. Now I can bring my knives—which I know are sharp and feel good in my hand—when called to help. The leather looks and feels great, the stitching is immaculate, and the hardware is all solid. The removable shoulder strap is a nice touch, it lets me control how many dangling straps are on the roll when I take it somewhere.

The knife roll is beautiful! fits all my equipment like a charm, the straps and connectors are rigid and durable. The leather is thick and beautifully sewn. Seperate flap for my tweezers and other filetting stuff is a nice addition. Chef tip: don't bring this to work without a bluetooth tracker
