*The wait period is usually around 3 weeks. Once your order is close to being completed you'll be contacted to let you know and get you info on the progress and completion date of your piece.
* Once finished you can expect photographs to be sent to you. You'll be requested to look over the work carefully and give approval on the portrait before it is mailed out to you.
* Shipping notifications are sent to you when the piece is packaged up & shipped out. You'll have tracking info to keep watch of your portrait to your front door.
