🌱 Since these are all handmade products, and most of our weavers are elderly individuals. The specified dimensions may not be exact by 100%, as there may be slight variations of up to 1-2 inch.
🍁 The colors of each batch of Krajood may differ slightly due to seasons, weather, humidity, and water levels, etc.
🍁 Some natural brown spots may be present on the Krajood fibers, which are inherent to the material.
🌷 However, we carefully select the best-grade woven pieces in each batch to offer our customers charming products.
🌷 Every bag handle is hand-stitched to ensure durability and better weight-bearing capacity.
🌵 If you feel that the Krajood feels too stiff, you can gently tap, knead, or use it for a while to soften the fibers.
🌈 Our products are treated with an anti-fungal coating. If there is still a residual scent from the coating, you can simply air it out in sunlight or with some fresh air, and the scent will naturally dissipate.

This product is shipped from Thailand. Customs Import duties are responsibility of the buyer.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
IN CASE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED
It's essential to let us know within 3 days of delivery. Please also contact the carrier company immediately to report the damage or loss. If you don't report it quickly, we may not be able to offer a refund. To help us resolve the issue faster, please take some pictures of the damaged items too.
