If you are unhappy with the item you received, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the item must be received in new condition for a full refund. If the package was damaged in transport – let me know asap, I will write to the local courier with this problem. The slight difference of colors will be not accepted as a complaint. Read the instruction leaflet carefully and keep in mind my recommendations.
Keep in mind that the dimensions of the product may differ +/- 2%.

Any dust from the printed page of the image is best removed with a brush. Remember that paintings printed on canvas should not be wiped with wet cloths, in particular with the addition of various types of chemicals. 😊

When it comes to moss paintings, take note that at first it may give off a specific smell, but it will quickly fade. During the transportation the moss may lose some water. Apply some moisture to help it get back in shape. The moss doesn't require much maintenance after that.
