f you need to return an order from the USA, we have a return address within the country to make the process easier for you. From Mexico to the Netherlands to Los Angeles! This hat has traveled more than I have this year. I specifically chose this hat because of its wide-rim design and color. The grass material is woven tightly so that the hat's form is nice and stiff.

Hat arrived with a frayed edge. I was told I would get a 10% refund but I dont believe I ever got that. I was also told to cut it and hopefully it will not continue to fray. Only time will tell. I will edit my review accordingly. Otherwise, cute hat!
