♦ Your order is treated as one-of-a-kind and I print only after your order is received due to the customization options. ♦ A proof will be prepared for each customized order, typically within one business day. IMPORTANT NOTE: If I don't receive an approval within 48 hours of the messaging of your proof, your sign will be moved to production.

PRINT SIZES AND MATERIALS

♦ All of my signs are designed by me and are available in various sizes. Be sure to measure the area you plan on displaying your artwork to choose the size that works best for your space. ♦ Gallery wrapped canvases are completed on genuine artist canvas that has a patented, warp-resistant construction. Each canvas is 1.25" deep and comes with protective coating and pre-installed hanging hardware. ♦ Some of my artwork is designed with a 'faux frame' that looks like an actual frame but maintains the light weight of a canvas for ease of hanging.

♦ Orders are shipped within one to seven business days, typically via UPS. If you requested any customization, please be sure to check Etsy messages for your proof and approve your proof to avoid delays. Your 'ship-by date' can be found on your receipt. ♦ All orders include tracking and a tracking number will be provided to you with your shipping notification.

RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS

As all of my artwork is printed to order, I don't accept returns. Replacements will only be authorized for damaged canvases. If you receive damaged artwork, please contact me through Etsy messages within one to two business days of receiving your order, and please include photos of the damage. Once your replacement is approved, I'll send out your replacement exactly as received in the original order (no color or size changes).
