This tray is made from one piece of heavy Hermann Oak leather ( full grain, natural vegetable tanned leather ) and Italian leather with a snake print. The Italian leather has been glued to the Hermann Oak leather. The Each piece is tooled, cut, stained, carved, finished and edges beveled by hand. At first glance, these valet trays appear to be quite simple to craft. However, each valet tray goes thru a detailed 15 step hand crafted process to become a finished tray ready for shipping.
