It's beautiful, just as described. As some other reviews say, the chain is rather short. My wrist is about 16 cm around, and the chain fits with two extra loops, but a larger wrist would probably want a longer chain. I asked her when I ordered if she could include pearls in the design, and I'm pretty sure she did. My one negative feedback would be I wished she had acknowledged my personalization request in writing.
